Jock Jams!

Livi tells me everyday that she wants to be a cheerleader when she grows up. I told her my old Jock Jams cd was cheerleader music. We just listen to the first song over and over and they love to dance to it. It's fun for me too, it brings me back to volleyball days when we would warm up for games wearing our oversized shirts, spandex, and kneepads. I would nervously scan the crowd in case Mike showed up to watch.

I guess there are worse things than our kids being cheerleaders...I can't think of any right now, but I'm sure if I give it some time...

scanning the crowd for a certain boy really brings me back. It seems kind of silly now, but standard procedure back then.
