Everyone is probably sick of this family picture, but we don't have many so it's the only one I ever use.
Today was a strange day. Ezra got his tonsils and adenoids out on Friday and is very very sore. He doesn't want to eat or drink much of anything. I fixed him some carnation instant breakfast in an ice cream shake to get some calories in him. The strange part was that he really wanted to take a nap and I had to force him to eat his ice cream before he could take a nap. I don't think there will ever be an occasion like that again.
Second strange thing today. Pureed cauliflower smells amazingly gross. I often puree fresh fruits and vegetable for Noah and he loves them. Cooked cauliflower pureed is good, but raw is awful!!! It stunk up the whole kitchen, I couldn't even get the spoon within a foot of his mouth because he could smell it coming and would look away. I dumped it down the sink, rinsed out the bowls and stuck them in the dishwasher. I ran the dishwasher and when I went to unload it there was still a very strong smell of cauliflower. Yuck!

Yeah! I'm so glad you started a blog. Your kids are soooo cute! I'm impressed that you puree your own fruits and veggies. I should but won't.
Love, sis
I'm excited you started a blog! I am going to go check out your cooking one too...I can't wait!! Your kids are adorable and I'm not sick of that picture!!! It is so cute!! I know how it is to get everyone in the same picture, never happens.
That's funny. (lol) I've been told that it's creepy to read people's blogs and not comment. I don't want to behave badly on the internet, so here's a post: I think cauliflower is stinky too. Ezra's not dumb.
I'm not a cauliflower fan anyway, but good to know about the stinkage. I definitely won't be giving that a try. :) Fun that you have a blog now!
